Coast to Coast Event Rentals welcomes Toni Tassoni as our newest salesperson! We are so excited to have Toni aboard, she has worked in the event rental industry for over 8 years and brings an immense level of customer service to the team. Toni will work closely with our customers and provide them with an awesome experience. She is an active member in the Association of Bridal Consultants and has worked on events that range from small intimate gatherings to large corporate functions.

Smith / Burns Reception

Andrea & Stuart created an understated beach themed reception that took place at the Gulfport Casino. The table linens were a khaki color that gave this indoor reception a hint of sand and a neutral base for table number signs with bright pink, lime, orange & blue accents which (by the way) were held up with seashell card holders, chocolate palm tree favors, and pictures of the happy couple at the beach. The couple gave their younger guests bright blue beach buckets full of fun treats to enjoy at the reception.

Beach Wedding-Sarasota

This out of the box wedding started with a beautiful beach ceremony on Whitney Beach in Sarasota, FL. This bamboo canopy consisted of 5 bamboo archways over each set of chairs with white muslin draped over them. The bamboo chairs for the guests were the perfect compliment to the canopy.

This set -up was so beautiful that we were asked, during set-up, if this was going to be a celebrity wedding! It truly is breathtaking.

Beach Weddings

This contemporary set up for a beach wedding is my favorite!! How fun is this?! Not only is it out of the ordinary, (which makes it fabulous) but logistically it's perfect. The bride walked down this circular aisle and gave each guest the perfect vantage point to see everthing that was going on for the wedding ceremony. Everyone gets a perfect picture of the bride and no one had to worry about Aunt Tilly's beehive blocking their view.

This set up is perfect when having less than 100 guests, just be sure to have a great team of professionals on hand to do the set-up and get a fabulous aerial shot for your wedding album!

Chair covers

These two pictures are a great example of why many brides and grooms choose to have chair covers and sashes for their reception. A simple thing like chair linens, really changes the ambiance of the whole room.

In this first picture, your eye really focuses on the dark banquet chairs. It's a harsh look and you don't really see the beautiful decorations on the table.

In this picture your eye is not focused on one object, like in the first picture. This is a much softer look and feel. You find yourself wondering what other beautiful details make up this fantastic event.
When guests arrive at this reception hall there will definately be some Oooh's and Ahhh's.

January Wedding

This beautiful reception took place at the St. Petersburg Women's club. It had an unconventional color scheme for a wedding, but I think everyone would agree that it was gorgeous. This bride chose gold chiavari chairs with with a black sash and chair pad. Accents of red and gold completed the look. A 20'x21' dancefloor gave all her guests plenty of room to dance into the evening.

Super Bowl XLIII

We're busy ramping up for the fun here in Tampa Bay. Not only will the big game take place in Tampa this year but there will be plenty of pre and post game events to keep football fans, both local and visiting, entertained. One of Coast to Coast's big events for this grand occasion is the Smooth as Ice Celebrity Bash taking place at Grillsmith in Tampa. This fabulous event will be hosted by Superbowl III Champion Earl Christy and featuring Jazz Superstar Eric Darius. NEW INVENTORY!!!

A lot of excited things have been going on here at Coast to Coast Event Rentals. Most recently we purchased a local linen rental company! This purchase has more than tripled our linen inventory and added a lot of beautiful specialty items to our mix. We have started entering these new items into our system and as we get pictures of this new, fabulous linens we will add them to our website for everyone to check out.

On August 23rd our very own "Tent Guy" was asked to be a guest speaker at the Association of Bridal Consultants annual state conference in Florida. This year Jesse (seen in this picture with Patty from Caya's Canopies & Rental) was asked to give a seminar on 'Tent-phobia's" in which he educated the bridal consultants on the benefits of using tents for their clients events. We even set up a tent on the patio of the hotel to show everyone just how beautiful events look when they take place under a tent.
It was a fabulous event!

W.E.V.A. Convention

On August 13th I was lucky enough to be able to attend the W.E.V.A. convention in Orlando, FL. At the beginning of the day I worked at the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) booth explaining to the videographers how beneficial it is for vendors to be a member of this great association. Then later in the evening I was judge on the panel for the "Battle of the Videographers". This was a competition in which the member of each region got together and created a commercial to show brides and grooms the benefits of hiring a professional videographer.
